If you wish to return your order, please contact customer service and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number before returning material. The material and all contents must be returned in the original undamaged product packaging. It must be returned within 7 business days from the date on the invoice and in an unused condition for a full refund. Damaged packaging will require a 15% restocking charge.

If the product is defective you may return the product within 30 days. RMA is still required. Please contact customer service by email for the number. This warranty is good for 30 days, but does not cover connector contacts that have been crimped or soldered or wire spools that have been opened.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Impulse Electronics will not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit. Credits will not be until after the item has been inspected and verified to be in 100% re-sellable condition.

Please allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the return.

If you have determined that your West Mountain Radio product is damaged or defective, please complete the OnLineRMA form and get an RMA number assigned before you return it for service.

Return Merchandise Authorization: The following steps outline West Mountain Radio's Service Return & RMA creation process. Each step must be completed to ensure that your RMA request is processed. The required form fields, indicated by red text, must be provided.
 
Specify the West Mountain Radio product for which you are requesting service.
Complete the Service Questionnaire.
Enter your shipping and contact information.
Read the terms and conditions of your specific RMA.
You will receive your RMA number and specific instructions for returning your product after you complete and submit the next page. If you are not able to print the RMA instructions please write down your RMA number, which you will include with your product when it is shipped to us.
 
Shipping Terms: The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return of the defective product. West Mountain Radio will bear the cost of shipping repaired or replacement units via UPS Ground only. Expedited shipping (2 Day and Next Day) is available, but the customer bears the additional cost of expedited shipping.
